Step 1 — Enter Your Details

If you do not have an office phone, enter the main phone number for your department or office.

Step 3 — Deploy Your Signature in Outlook

Select the version of Outlook you use — the copy button and instructions will appear below.

Your Signature Preview
  1. Click Copy Desktop Signature above.
  2. Open Outlook, then click Settings (the gear icon, top-right corner).
  3. Go to Accounts → Signatures.
  4. Click New signature, type a name like "Keowee Key", then paste your signature into the editor box.
  5. Under "Select default signatures", choose it for both New messages and Replies/forwards.
  6. Click Save. You're done!
  1. Click Copy Desktop Signature above.
  2. In Outlook, click File at the top-left, then choose Options.
  3. Click Mail on the left, then click Signatures…
  4. Click New, name it "Keowee Key", and paste your signature into the editor box.
  5. Set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then click OK.
  1. Click Copy Desktop Signature above.
  2. Go to outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/ and sign in with your work account.
  3. Click the Settings gear icon (top-right corner).
  4. Go to Account → Signatures.
  5. Click inside the signature box and paste your signature.
  6. Check both boxes to use it for new messages and replies, then click Save.
  1. Click Copy Mobile Signature above — plain text works best on phones.
  2. Open the Outlook app on your phone or tablet.
  3. Tap your profile picture (top-left corner).
  4. Tap the Settings gear icon (bottom-left).
  5. Scroll down and tap Signature.
  6. Delete the existing text and paste your copied signature.
  7. Tap the back arrow to save. You're done!
